Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

• Orders are delivered within 1–5 business days.
  Delivery to remote areas may take a little longer.
• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require phone call or WhatsApp message verification before dispatch.
• If you pay in advance via bank transfer, your delivery charges may be reduced (where applicable).

International Shipping

• Orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
• Delivery time depends on your country.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are being processed.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or shipping charges if they refuse the parcel.
• During sales or promotions, delivery may take longer than usual.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your Order Number and Tracking Number (if you provided a valid email address).
